ကနေဒါ နိုင်ငံဟာ သူတို့ရဲ့ ဗီဇာငြင်းပယ်မှုတွေနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဗီဇာအရာရှိက ဘာကြောင့် ငြင်းပယ်ရလဲ ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းပြချက်ကို လျင်မြန်စွာ အပြည့်အစုံပေးတော့မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လတ်တလော သိရတာက temporary resident visa, study permit, work permit စတာတွေ အတွက်သာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင် ၂၉ ရက်နေ့က စတင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အရင်ကဆိုရင် ဗီဇာ ငြင်းပယ်ခံရရင် ဘာကြောင့်ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းပြချက်တွေကို ဗီဇာအရာရှိတွေက ချက်ချင်း မပေးကြပါဘူး၊ ဘာကြောင့်လဲ လို့ သိချင်ရင် Access to Information and Privacy စနစ်နဲ့ သီးခြားတောင်းဆိုရတာပါ၊ သူတို့ရဲ့ ပြန်ကြားချက် တွေကို ရက်ပေါင်း လပေါင်းများစွာ ကြာပြီးမှ သိရတာပါ၊ ခုလိုမျိုး လျင်မြန်စွာ အကြောင်းပြချက် ပေးတော့မယ် ဆိုတော့ ကိုယ့်ဗီဇာက ဘယ်အပိုင်းမှာ အားနည်းနေသလဲဆိုတာ တိတိကျကျ သိလာရမှာမို့ နောက်တစ်ခါ ဗီဇာလျှောက်ထားရင် ပိုပြီး ပြည့်စုံအောင် ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်တော့မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊

Canada introduces officer decision notes with visa refusals

Canada will soon provide detailed and immediate reasons for visa refusals. Starting July 29, 2025, visa officers' decision notes will be automatically included with refusal letters for temporary resident visas, study permits, and work permits.

Previously, applicants had to submit a separate request through the Access to Information and Privacy system to find out why their visa was refused, often waiting for weeks or months for a response. With this new change, applicants will get a clear, detailed explanation right away. This will allow them to identify the weak points in their application and make the necessary improvements for a stronger application next time.
