ဗီယက်နမ်ဟာ နိုင်ငံအတွက် သိသာထင်ရှားစွာ အကျိုးပြုနိုင်မယ်လို့ ယူဆတဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားသားတွေကို ၅ နှစ်အထိ ဗီဇာ ကင်းလွတ်ခွင့် ပေးမယ့် အစီအစဉ်ဟာ ဩဂုတ်လ ၁၅ ရက်နေ့မှာ စတင်အသက်ဝင်လာပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကတော့ ဗီယက်နမ်ရဲ့ စီးပွားရေး နဲ့ လူမှုရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို အထောက်အကူပြုမယ့် အဆင့်မြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်တွေကို ဆွဲဆောင်ဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊
ဒါ့အပြင် ထိပ်တန်းသိပ္ပံပညာရှင်တွေ၊ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း အမှုဆောင်အရာရှိတွေ၊ နာမည်ကျော် လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေ၊ အနုပညာရှင်တွေနဲ့ ထူးချွန်တဲ့ အားကစားသမားတွေလိုမျိုး လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေကိုလည်း အထူးဗီဇာကင်းလွတ်ခွင့် ကတ်ကို ထုတ်ပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ ဒီကတ်က အီလက်ထရွန်နစ်စနစ်နဲ့ ကတ်ပြားပုံစံ နှစ်မျိုးစလုံးနဲ့ ရရှိနိုင်ပြီး ၅ နှစ်အထိ အသုံးပြုနိုင်မှာပါ၊ ဒီကတ်ကို ကိုင်ဆောင် ထားသူဟာ ဗီယက်နမ်ကို ဗီဇာမလိုဘဲ အကြိမ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်ကြိမ်ဝင်ရောက်တိုင်းမှာ ရက်ပေါင်း ၉၀ အထိ နေထိုင်ခွင့်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Vietnam’s New Visa Waiver Initiative
Vietnam's new visa waiver program, which offers a five-year visa exemption to foreigners considered to be significant contributors to the country, officially came into effect on August 15. The initiative aims to attract high-level experts who can help with Vietnam's economic and social development.
Under this program, special visa exemption cards will be issued to individuals such as top scientists, business executives, famous personalities, artists, and outstanding athletes. The cards will be available in both electronic and physical formats and are valid for up to five years. Holders of this card can enter Vietnam multiple times without a visa and stay for up to 90 days per visit.
