နယူးဇီလန်နိုင်ငံဟာ အလုပ်သမား လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းဖို့အတွက် ရာသီအလိုက် အလုပ်သမားဗီဇာ အသစ်တွေကို ထုတ်ပေးတော့မယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်၊ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ ဥယျာဉ်ခြံမြေ၊ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းနဲ့ အစားအသောက် ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလိုမျိုး ရာသီ အလိုက် အလုပ်များတဲ့အချိန်မှာ အလုပ်သမား ရှားပါးမှုကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးဖို့ အတွက် Global workforce seasonal visa (GWSV) နဲ့ Peak seasonal visa (PSV) ဆိုပြီး ဗီဇာအသစ် ၂ မျိုးကို မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ပါတယ်။

GWSV က ကျွမ်းကျင်တဲ့ ရာသီအလိုက် အလုပ်သမားတွေ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပြီး သက်တမ်းကတော့ ၃ နှစ်ပေးပါတယ်၊ လိုအပ်ချက်ကတော့ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၆ နှစ်အတွင်းမှာ အနည်းဆုံး ရာသီ ၃ ခု လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးရပါမယ်။ PSV ကတော့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသိပ်မလိုတဲ့ ရာသီအလိုက် အလုပ်တွေအတွက် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ သက်တမ်းက ၇ လပဲပေးပြီးတော့ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၃ နှစ်အတွင်း အနည်းဆုံး ရာသီတစ်ခုစာ လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးရပါမယ်။

ဒီဗီဇာအသစ်တွေရဲ့ အားသာချက်ကတော့ အမေရိကလို labour market test တွေ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာစစ်ဆေးမှုတွေ မလိုပါဘူး၊ ဒါပေမယ့် ဒီဗီဇာအသစ်တွေနဲ့ အမြဲတမ်းနေထိုင်ခွင့် လမ်းကြောင်းကို သွားလို့မရပါဘူး၊ တခြားနည်းလမ်းတွေနဲ့ တော့ သွားလို့ ရမှာပါ၊ ဒီဗီဇာအစီအစဉ်အသစ်က ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၈ ရက်နေ့ကနေ စတင်အသက်ဝင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

New Zealand to open new seasonal visa

New Zealand is set to introduce new seasonal worker visas to address labor shortages. To help resolve worker shortages during peak seasons in sectors such as agriculture, horticulture, tourism, and food processing, the country is launching two new types of visas: the Global Workforce Seasonal Visa (GWSV) and the Peak Seasonal Visa (PSV).

  • The GWSV is for skilled seasonal workers and offers a visa valid for up to three years. Applicants must have worked for at least three seasons within the last six years.

  • The PSV is for less skilled seasonal jobs, with a visa valid for up to seven months. Applicants for this visa must have worked for at least one season within the last three years.

A key advantage of these new visas is that they do not require an English language test or a labor market test like the one used in the US. However, these new visas do not provide a direct pathway to permanent residency. These new visa programs will take effect starting on December 8, 2025.
