EB-5 visa ဟာ အမေရိကန်မှာ ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမှုလုပ်ပြီး ကိုယ်တိုင်ရော မိသားစုဝင်တွေပါ အမြဲတမ်းနေထိုင်ခွင့် Green Card ရနိုင်တဲ့ အစီအစဉ် တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ အမေရိကားရဲ့ စီးပွားရေး တိုးတက်စေဖို့နဲ့ အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေကို ဖန်တီးပေးနိုင်ဖို့ နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားက ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံသူတွေကို ဆွဲဆောင်ဖို့အတွက် ၁၉၉၀ ပြည့်နှစ်မှာ စတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီနှစ်ထဲမှာ policies update အနေနဲ့ Regional Centers တွေကို လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ပြန်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမယ့်သူတွေ အနေနဲ့ ကိုယ်နဲ့ သင့်တော်မယ့် Regional Center ကို စေ့စေ့စပ်စပ် စစ်ဆေးရွေးချယ်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်၊ ဒီဗီဇာကို ရဖို့အတွက်ဆိုရင် မူရင်းနိုင်ငံနဲ့ ရွေးချယ်ထားတဲ့ ပရောဂျက်တွေအပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး EB-5 visa လျှောက်လွှာစိစစ်တဲ့အချိန်ကာလ ကြာမြင့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

You can get a Green Card in the U.S. by investing at least $800,000
The EB-5 visa is a program that allows you and your family members to obtain a permanent resident Green Card by making a qualifying investment in the United States. This program was launched in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy and create jobs by attracting foreign investors.
To qualify for this visa, the required investment amount is typically $1.05 million. However, if you invest in a designated high-unemployment area (a Targeted Employment Area), the minimum investment is $800,000. Additionally, you must create at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers. It is also mandatory to provide evidence that the invested funds were legally obtained.
As part of this year's policy updates, the Regional Centers have been reauthorized. Investors are advised to carefully select and perform due diligence on a regional center that is suitable for their needs. The processing time for an EB-5 visa application can be lengthy, depending on factors such as the applicant's country of origin and the chosen project.
