မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်နဲ့ မိသားစုဝင်တွေ အမေရိကားမှာ ဂရင်းကတ်ရဖို့အတွက် ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမယ်ဆိုရင် Regional Centers တွေ အကြောင်း မဖြစ်မနေ သိထားရမှာပါ၊ သူ့သတ်မှတ်ချက်က သာမန်ပြည်နယ်တွေမှာ ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမယ်ဆိုရင် ဒေါ်လာ တစ်သန်းနဲ့ ငါးသောင်း၊ အလုပ်လက်မဲ့တွေများတဲ့ဒေသတွေမှာဆိုရင် ဒေါ်လာ ၈ သိန်း ထည့်ဝင်ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံရင် ရပါပြီ၊ ဒီနေရာမှာ အဲဒီငွေ တွေကို ဘယ်လိုနေရာမှာ ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံရမလဲ ခေါင်းစားစရာမလိုပါဘူး၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပြည်နယ်အလိုက် ရှိနေတဲ့ Regional Centers တွေထဲက ကိုယ်နဲ့သင့်တော်မယ့်စင်တာ တစ်ခုခုကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး အဲဒီငွေတွေကို ထည့်ဝင်လိုက်ရင် ရပါပြီ၊ Regional Center ကပဲ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံလိုသူတွေဆီကနေ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုငွေတွေကို စုစည်းပြီး ဒေသအလိုက် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးစီမံကိန်းကြီးတွေ (ဥပမာ- ဟိုတယ်အကြီးစားဆောက်လုပ်ရေး၊ ရုံးအဆောက်အအုံများ၊ စက်ရုံများ) မှာ ပြန်လည်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံပေးပါတယ်။
ဒီအတွက် Regional Center ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခအနေနဲ့ Administrative Fee ပမာဏတစ်ခုကို ပြန်ပေးရပါတယ်၊ ဆိုလိုတာက ဒီ ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံငွေအတွက် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပါဝင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲစရာ မလိုဘဲ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Regional Center ကပဲ အလုံးစုံ စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ တနည်းအားဖြင့် Regional Center ဆိုတာ EB-5 visa လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်မှာ အသုံးပြုတဲ့ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း ပုံစံ တစ်မျိုး ဖြစ်ပြီး အမေရိကန်ရဲ့ စီးပွားရေးတိုးတက်မှု၊ အလုပ်အကိုင် ဖန်တီးပေးမှုနဲ့ ဒေသတွင်း ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုတွေကို မြှင့်တင် ပေးဖို့ အတွက် USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) က တရားဝင်ခွင့်ပြုထားတဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
