တောင်ကိုးရီးယားမှာ နိုင်ငံခြားသားသူနာပြုအကူတွေကို လေ့ကျင့်ပေးမယ်

သက်ကြီးရွယ်အို တိုးပွားလာနေတဲ့ တောင်ကိုးရီးယားနိုင်ငံဟာ သက်ကြီးရွယ်အို စောင့်ရှောက်မှုအတွက် လိုအပ်နေတဲ့ လူ့စွမ်းအား အရင်းအမြစ် ကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းနိုင်ရေး နိုင်ငံခြားသား သူနာပြုအကူတွေကို လေ့ကျင့်ပေးဖို့ တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးမှာ ရှိတဲ့ ကောလိပ်နဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ် ၂၄ ခုကို ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒီထဲမှာ ဆိုးလ်က Myongji College နဲ့ Sahmyook Health University၊ ဘူဆန်မြို့က Kyungnam College of Information & Technology နဲ့ ဂျေဂျူကျွန်းက Jeju Tourism University တို့ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ Kaigo လို့ လူသိများတဲ့ သက်ကြီး ရွယ်အို ပြုစု စောင့်ရှောက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းမှာ နိုင်ငံခြားသားတွေ အဆင်ပြေလွယ်ကူစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ဖို့ အထက်ပါ ကောလိပ်နဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ်တွေမှာ သက်ကြီးရွယ်အို ပြုစုစောင့်ရှောက်မှုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်တာတွေ အပြင် ကိုးရီးယားဘာသာစကားတွေကိုလည်း ပို့ချပေးသွားမှာပါ၊ ဒါ့အပြင် ဗီဇာလျှောက်ထားရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေမှာ ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာလိုအပ်ချက်တွေကိုလည်း ဖြေလျော့ပေးသွားမယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
ဒီအစီအစဉ်ကို ၂ နှစ်အကြာမှာ အကဲဖြတ်ပြီး အမြဲတမ်းအစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုအဖြစ် ထားရှိမလားဆိုတာကို တောင်ကိုးရီးယားအစိုးရက ဆုံးဖြတ်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ သင်ရော ကိုးရီးယားမှာ သူနာပြုအကူလုပ်ဖို့ စိတ်ဝင်စားနေပါသလား။

South Korea: 24 schools selected to train foreign caregivers

To address the growing needs of its aging population, South Korea has selected 24 colleges and universities nationwide to train foreign nursing assistants. This initiative aims to fill the significant labor shortage in the long-term care sector.

Among the selected institutions are Myongji College and Sahmyook Health University in Seoul, Kyungnam College of Information & Technology in Busan, and Jeju Tourism University on Jeju Island. These schools will offer courses on elderly care, known as "Kaigo," and provide Korean language training to help foreigners work in this field more easily. Additionally, the financial requirements for visa applications will be eased for those enrolling in these programs.

The government plans to evaluate this program over the next two years to decide if it should be made permanent.
