ယူကေကို တရားဝင်ဗီဇာတွေနဲ့ ရောက်ရှိလာသူတွေထဲကနေ ခိုလှုံခွင့်တောင်းခံသူ အရေအတွက်ဟာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂ နှစ်အတွင်း ၃ ဆ အထိ စံချိန်တင် မြင့်တက်လာတယ် လို့ သိရပါတယ်၊ ပညာသင် သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်ဗီဇာတွေကို ယူကေရဲ့ ခိုလှုံခွင့်စနစ်ထဲ ဝင်ရောက်ဖို့ အသုံးချလာတာကို တားဆီးဖို့အတွက် ကန့်သတ်ချက်အသစ်တွေ ချမှတ်ဖို့ ပြင်ဆင်နေပါတယ်၊
အလုပ်နှင့် ပညာသင်ဗီဇာတွေဟာ ယာယီသာဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ခိုလှုံခွင့်ကတော့ ယူကေမှာ အမြဲတမ်းနေထိုင်ခွင့်ကို ရရှိ စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ခိုလှုံခွင့် ငြင်းပယ်ခံရရင်လည်း အယူခံဝင်ခြင်းဖြင့် အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ ဆက်လက် နေထိုင်နိုင်ပြီး နှင်ထုတ်တာကိုလည်း မခံရပါဘူး။
ခိုလှုံခွင့်တောင်းခံသူတွေမှာ ပါကစ္စတန်၊ အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်၊ အီရန်၊ လစ်ဗျား နဲ့ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်တို့က အများဆုံး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ ဒါကြောင့် ဒီနိုင်ငံတွေကနေ အလုပ်နဲ့ပညာသင်ဗီဇာတွေလျောက်လာခဲ့ရင် ပယ်ချသွားမယ်လို့လဲ သိရပါတယ်၊ ဒါ့အပြင် အလုပ်နဲ့ ပညာသင် ဗီဇာတွေကနေတဆင့် ခိုလှုံခွင့်လျှောက်ထားမှုအပေါ် ကန့်သတ်ချက်တွေ ချမှတ်သွားမယ်လို့လဲ ယူကေက ပြောပါတယ်၊ အလုပ်နဲ့ပညာသင်ဗီဇာ လျှောက်ထားသူတွေအနေနဲ့ ယူကေမှာ နေထိုင်ဖို့အတွက် လုံလောက်တဲ့ငွေကြေးရှိကြောင်း ပြသနိုင်ရပါမယ်တဲ့၊ လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေး အရာရှိတွေအနေနဲ့ ခိုလှုံခွင့်လျှောက်ထားသူတွေကို နေစရာနေရာ ပေးသင့် မပေးသင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ရာမှာ ဗီဇာစတင်လျှောက်ထားတုန်းက တင်ပြခဲ့တဲ့ ဘဏ်စာရင်းတွေကို ကြည့်ရှု့စစ်ဆေးမှာလဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊

Record number of migrants claim asylum after arriving as skilled workers
A record number of migrants arriving in the UK with legal visas are claiming asylum, with the number tripling over the last two years. New restrictions are being prepared to prevent work or study visas from being used as a backdoor into the UK's asylum system.
Work and study visas are only temporary, while asylum grants can lead to permanent residence in the UK. Even if asylum is denied, applicants can appeal to remain indefinitely and avoid deportation.
Most asylum claimants are from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Libya, and Bangladesh. As a result, work and study visa applications from these countries are likely to be rejected. The UK has also stated that it will impose new restrictions on asylum claims filed by individuals who arrived on work and study visas.
