အမေရိကန်မှာ အမြဲတမ်းနေထိုင်ခွင့် ပေးတဲ့ Green Card ကို တော်တော်များများက လိုချင်ကြပါတယ်၊ နည်းလမ်းတစ်ခုက အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံသားတစ်ယောက်ယောက်နဲ့ လက်ထပ်ပြီး Green Card လျှောက်ထားရယူတာပါ၊ ဒါနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး အမေရိကန် လူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေး USCIS က သူတို့ရဲ့ ပေါ်လစီကို တင်းကြပ်လိုက်ပြီလို့ ဩဂုတ်လ ၁ ရက်နေ့က ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေငြာခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Green card marriage couples လို့ လူသိများတဲ့ လက်ထပ်ပြီး Green Card ရယူတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်မှာ အသစ်ပြဌာန်းလိုက်တဲ့ စည်းမျဉ်းတွေကတော့ အထောက်အထားတွေ ပိုတောင်းလာမယ်၊ အင်တာဗျူးတွေမှာ ပိုတင်းကြပ်လာမယ်၊ အိမ်ထောင်ပြုခြင်းဟာ အစစ်အမှန်ဟုတ်မဟုတ် စိစစ်ဖို့အတွက် ဇနီးမောင်နှံအတူရိုက်ကူးထားတဲ့ ဓါတ်ပုံတွေ၊ ပူးတွဲဘဏ်စာရင်းတွေ၊ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေနဲ့ မိသားစုဝင်တွေဆီက သက်သေခံချက်တွေ တောင်းခံလာနိုင်ပါတယ်၊ နောက်ပြီး အင်တာဗျူးမှာ ဇနီးမောင်နှံ ၂ ဦးစလုံးကို မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင် အင်တာဗျူး ခေါ်ပြီးတော့ တစ်ဦးနဲ့တစ်ဦး တကယ်ပဲ ကောင်းကောင်း သိကျွမ်းခြင်း ရှိမရှိကို အသေးစိတ် စစ်ဆေး မေးမြန်းတာမျိုး ပိုပြီးလုပ်ဆောင်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် စပွန်စာပေးမယ့် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံသူ/နိုင်ငံသားဟာ တခြားလူတွေ အတွက် ဗီဇာအကြိမ်ကြိမ် လျှောက်ထားဖူးလားဆိုတာကို စစ်ဆေးပါလိမ့်မယ်။
စိစစ်တင်းကြပ်မှုတွေဟာ ဩဂုတ်လ ၁ ရက်နေ့က စတင်အသက်ဝင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး Green Card ရဖို့အတွက် အမေရိကန် နိုင်ငံသူ/ သားတစ်ဦးဦးနဲ့ လက်ထပ်တာမျိုးက ခုအချိန်မှာ တော်တော်လေးခက်ခဲသွားပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Green card marriage couples: Here’s what changes under USCIS’s new family visa rules
Most people want to get a Green Card, which grants permanent residency in the U.S. One way to get one is to marry a U.S. citizen. Regarding this, on August 1st, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that they have tightened their policy.
The newly enacted rules for the process of obtaining a Green Card through marriage, commonly known as "green card marriage couples," include a greater demand for evidence and stricter interviews. To verify the authenticity of the marriage, USCIS may now request more evidence, such as photos of the couple together, joint bank statements, and testimonies from friends and family members. Additionally, during the interview, both spouses will be required to attend in-person interviews, where they will be asked more detailed questions to ascertain whether they genuinely know each other well.
Furthermore, the new policy states that USCIS will now also check whether the U.S. citizen sponsoring the spouse has previously filed multiple visa petitions for other people.
The stricter screening process took effect on August 1st, and it is now considerably more difficult to obtain a Green Card by marrying a U.S. citizen.
