နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားမှာ အလုပ်ဗီဇာ ရဖို့ဆိုတာ အလုပ်တစ်ခုရရုံနဲ့ မလုံလောက်ပါဘူး။ တခြားစာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေလဲ လိုပါတယ်၊ working visa လျှောက်တဲ့သူအများစုဟာ လိုအပ်တဲ့ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေ အသင့်မရှိတာကြောင့် ဗီဇာလျှောက်ထားမှု ကြန့်ကြာတာတွေ ငြင်းပယ်ခံရတာတွေ ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီပို့စ်မှာတော့ working visa လျှောက်ထားဖို့ အရေးကြီးဆုံး စာရွက်စာတမ်း (၇) မျိုးကို ဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်၊ တချို့က သိပြီးသား ဖြစ်မှာပါ၊ မသိသေးတဲ့သူတွေအတွက် ဘယ်လိုစာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေ လိုအပ်နိုင်သလဲဆိုတာ သိထားရင် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင် ထားနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၁။ အလုပ်စာချုပ် (Employment offer of Contract)

• အလုပ်ကမ်းလှမ်းစာ သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်စာချုပ်ဟာ working visa အတွက် အရေးအကြီးဆုံး လိုအပ်ချက် တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ ဒီထဲမှာ အလုပ်ရာထူး၊ တာဝန်ဝတ္ထရား၊ လစာအသေးစိတ်၊ အလုပ်ကာလနဲ့ အလုပ်ရှင်ရဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ရမယ့် အချက်အလက်တွေကို ဖော်ပြထားရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၂။ ပညာအရည်အချင်း အထောက်အထား (Proof of educational qualifications)

• သာမန်အလုပ်တွေ ဖြစ်တဲ့ blue collar jobs တွေမှာ ပညာအရည်အချင်း အထောက်အထားတွေ သိပ် မလိုပေမယ့် အဆင့်မြင့်အလုပ်တွေ ဖြစ်တဲ့ white collar jobs တွေအတွက်ကတော့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအထောက်အထား၊ အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်မှတ်တွေ လိုပါတယ်၊ အသေးစိတ်အနေနဲ့ကတော့ ဘွဲ့လက်မှတ်၊ ဒီပလိုမာလက်မှတ်၊ ပညာသင်နှစ် အလိုက် အမှတ်စာရင်းတွေ၊ ဆေးကုသခွင့်လိုင်စင်၊ အင်ဂျင်နီယာကောင်စီ မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ် စတဲ့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်မှတ်တွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

၃။ သက်တမ်းရှိ နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ် (valid passport)

• နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်ဟာလည်း အခြေခံအကျဆုံး လိုအပ်ချက် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ အနည်းဆုံး သက်တမ်း ၆ လ ကျန်ရှိရမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး သက်တမ်းတိုလွန်းရင် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ ဗီဇာလျှောက်ထားမှုဟာ ချက်ချင်း ငြင်းပယ်ခံရတတ်ပါတယ်၊ ဒါကြောင့် ကိုယ့် နိုင်ငံကူး လက်မှတ် သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးရက်ကို အမြဲစစ်ဆေးနေဖို့လိုသလို ပတ်စ်ပို့ လုပ်ဖို့ ကြာမြင့်မယ့် အချိန်ကို လည်း ထည့်သွင်း တွက်ချက်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်၊ ပတ်စ်ပို့ သက်တမ်းတိုးဖို့အတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာတော့ အနည်းဆုံး ၆ လလောက် အချိန်ယူ ပြင်ဆင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

၄။ ပြစ်မှုကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း ထောက်ခံစာ (Police Clearance Certificate – PCC)

• ဗီဇာ လျှောက်ထားသူဟာ လုံခြုံရေးအရ အန္တရယ်မရှိဘူးဆိုတာ ပြသနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ပြစ်မှုကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း ထောက်ခံစာ ကို ပူးတွဲ တင်ပြဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်၊ ပြည်တွင်းမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ဖြစ် ပြည်ပမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ဖြစ် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်း တစ်ခုခု ဆီက ထောက်ခံစာကို လျှောက်ထားရယူနိုင်ပြီး သက်တမ်းက အနည်းဆုံး ၃ လ ကနေ အများဆုံး ၆ လအတွင်း ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်လို မဟုတ်ရင် နိုထရီပြန်ပြီး သိမ်းဆည်းထားရပါမယ်။

၅။ ဆေးစစ်ချက်မှတ်တမ်း (Medical checkup report/ Document)

• အလုပ်ဗီဇာ အတွက်သာမကဘဲ အချို့နိုင်ငံတွေရဲ့ အလည်အပတ် ဗီဇာ လျှောက်ထားတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေမှာ ဆေးစစ်ချက် မှတ်တမ်းကို မဖြစ်မနေ တင်ပြရပါတယ်၊ နိုင်ငံအလိုက် လိုအပ်ချက်တွေ ကွဲပြားနိုင်ပေမယ့် များသောအားဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်ဖို့ ကျန်းမာရေး ပြည့်စုံကြောင်းနဲ့ တီဘီလိုမျိုး ကူးစက်ရောဂါတွေ ကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း စတာတွေ ပါတတ်ပါတယ်၊ တချို့နိုင်ငံတွေ တချို့ဗီဇာ အမျိုးအစားတွေမှာလည်း ရင်ဘတ် ဓါတ်မှန်၊ သွေးနဲ့ဆီး စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ စိတ်ကျန်းမာရေး အခြေအနေ ဒါတွေကိုလည်း ဆေးစစ်ချက်မှတ်တမ်းမှာ ထည့်သွင်းတောင်းဆို တတ်သလို ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ အလွန်မှာလဲ ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးမှတ်တမ်းတွေကို တောင်းဆိုလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

၆။ ငွေကြေးအထောက်အထား (Bank statements)

• နိုင်ငံအများစုဟာ သူတို့နိုင်ငံထဲ ရောက်တာနဲ့ အလုပ်မဝင်သေးခင် သုံးစွဲဖို့ ငွေကြေး အလုံအလောက် ရှိသလား ဆိုတာ ကို အတည်ပြုဖို့အတွက် လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၃ လကနေ ၆ လအတွင်း ဘဏ်စာရင်းရှင်းတမ်း တောင်းခံတတ်ပါတယ်၊၊ ခိုင်မာတဲ့ အထောက်အထားအဖြစ် ပြသနိုင်ရင် ဗီဇာရဖို့ ပိုလွယ်ပါတယ်၊ ကိုယ့်ဘဏ်ထဲမှာ ငွေ ပမာဏ ဘယ်လောက်ရှိရမယ် ဆိုတာ တစ်နိုင်ငံနဲ့ တစ်နိုင်ငံ သတ်မှတ်ချက်ခြင်း မတူပါဘူး၊ အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံတွေကတော့ ဘဏ်စာရင်းထဲ သိန်း ၃၀ လောက်ရှိရင် အဆင်ပြေနိုင်ပေမယ့် အနောက်နိုင်ငံတွေအတွက်တော့ သတ်မှတ်ပမာဏ များတတ်ပါတယ်။

၇။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာစကား ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု လက်မှတ် (Language Proficiency Test)

• ကိုယ်သွားမယ့် နိုင်ငံအလိုက် ဘာသာစကားကျွမ်းကျင်မှု လက်မှတ်တွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်၊ ဥပမာဆိုရင် ကိုးရီးယား နိုင်ငံကို သွားပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် ကိုးရီးယားဘာသာစကား ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု လက်မှတ်၊ ဂျပန်ကို သွားရောက် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်မယ် ဆိုရင် ဂျပန်ဘာသာစကား ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုလက်မှတ်၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစကားကို အဓိက အသုံးပြုတဲ့ နိုင်ငံတွေဆိုရင် TOEFL, IELTS ရမှတ်တွေ တောင်းခံတတ်ပါတယ်၊ ဒါကြောင့် ကိုယ်သွားမယ့် နိုင်ငံအလိုက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာစကား ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုလက်မှတ်တွေကို ရယူထားဖို့ လိပါတယ်။

1. Employment Offer or Contract

   • An employment offer or contract is one of the most crucial requirements for a work visa. It should clearly state your job title, duties and responsibilities, salary details, employment period, and the employer's contact information.

2. Proof of Educational Qualifications

   • Educational proof may not be a major requirement for blue-collar jobs, but for high-level white-collar positions, you'll need documents proving your skills and certifications. This can include your degree, diploma, academic transcripts, and professional licenses such as a medical license or engineering council registration certificate.

3. Valid Passport

   • A passport is a fundamental requirement. It must be valid for at least six months from the date of your application. If your passport is about to expire, your visa application can be immediately rejected. Therefore, you should always check your passport's expiration date and plan for the time it will take to renew it. In Myanmar, for example, renewing a passport can take at least six months.

4. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

   • A Police Clearance Certificate is required to prove that you are not a security risk. You can apply for this certificate from a law enforcement agency either in your home country or abroad. The document is typically valid for three to six months. If it's not in English, you'll need to get it notarized and keep a copy.

5. Medical Checkup Report or Document

   • A medical checkup report is a mandatory requirement for work visas and sometimes even for tourist visas in some countries. Requirements can vary by country, but they often include proof that you're healthy enough to work and are free from infectious diseases like tuberculosis. Some countries and visa types may also require a chest X-ray, blood and urine tests, and an evaluation of your mental health. 6. Proof of Funds (Bank Statements)

   • Most countries require bank statements from the last three to six months to confirm you have enough money to support yourself before you start working. Providing solid financial proof can make it easier to get your visa. The required amount can vary significantly by country. For example, in Southeast Asian countries, having around 3 million kyats (approximately 30 lakhs) in your bank account might be sufficient, but Western countries often have much higher requirements.

7. Language Proficiency Test

   • You may need to provide a language proficiency certificate depending on your destination country. For instance, if you plan to work in Korea, you'll need a Korean language proficiency certificate. For Japan, you'll need a Japanese language proficiency certificate. Countries where English is the primary language often require scores from tests like TOEFL or IELTS. Therefore, it's essential to get the appropriate language certificate for the country you plan to move to.
