ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇွန်လ ၉ ရက်နေ့မှာ အမေရိကန်သမ္မတ ဒေါ်နယ်ထရန့် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့တဲ့ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၁၂ နိုင်ငံကို ခရီးသွားလာခွင့် ပိတ်ပင်တဲ့ အမိန့်ကြောင့် အမေရိကားမှာ လုပ်သားအင်အား ပြတ်လပ်မှုတွေ၊ ဝင်ငွေနဲ့အခွန်ဆုံးရှုံးမှုတွေ ကြုံတွေ့နေရပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အပြည့်အဝ ပိတ်ပင်ခံရတဲ့ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၁၂ နိုင်ငံ (အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်၊ မြန်မာ၊ ချဒ်၊ ကွန်ဂိုသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ အီကွေတာဂီနီ၊ အီရီထရီးယား၊ ဟေတီ၊ အီရန်၊ လစ်ဗျား၊ ဆိုမာလီယာ၊ ဆူဒန်၊ ယီမင်) က နိုင်ငံသားတွေကို immigrant ဗီဇာရော၊ non-immigrant ဗီဇာတွေကိုပါ အပြည့်အဝ ဆိုင်းငံ့ထားပါတယ်။ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ပိတ်ပင်ခံရတဲ့ နိုင်ငံ ၇ နိုင်ငံ (ဘူရွန်ဒီ၊ ကျူးဘား၊ လာအို၊ ဆီရာလီယွန်၊ တိုဂို၊ တာ့ခ်မင်နစ္စတန်၊ ဗင်နီဇွဲလား) က နိုင်ငံသားတွေကိုတော့ B, F, M, J နဲ့ Exchange ဗီဇာတွေအပြင် immigrant ဗီဇာတွေ အားလုံးကို တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ဆိုင်းငံ့ထားပါတယ်။

• အီရန်က ဖိနှိပ်ခံရတဲ့ လူမျိုးစုနဲ့ ဘာသာရေး လူနည်းစုတွေအတွက် immigrant visa လျှောက်ထားသူတွေ

• ကမ္ဘာ့ဖလား၊ အိုလံပစ်လို အဓိကအားကစားပွဲကြီးတွေမှာ ပါဝင်တဲ့ အားကစားသမားတွေ၊ နည်းပြတွေနဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ မိသားစုဝင်တွေ

• အမေရိကား အကျိုးစီးပွားအတွက် အရေးကြီးတယ်လို့ သတ်မှတ်ခံရသူတွေ

ဒီလူတွေကတော့ ဗီဇာပိတ်ပင်ကန့်သတ်ချက်ကို ကျော်လွှားနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။

Trump’s 2025 travel ban: Who Is affected and what it could cost the U.S. economy

The travel bans on 19 countries, issued by U.S. President Donald Trump and enacted on June 9, 2025 has already led to labor shortages, loss of revenue, and a decrease in tax income in the United States.

The ban imposes a full suspension on citizens of 12 countries (Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen). This means both immigrant and non-immigrant visas for nationals of these countries have been completely suspended.

A partial suspension has been placed on citizens of seven countries (Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela). These nationals face a partial suspension for B, F, M, and J exchange visas, as well as all immigrant visas.

Despite these restrictions, some exemptions do exist:

• Green Card holders

• Immediate family members of U.S. citizens

• Diplomats

• NATO personnel

• Children adopted abroad

• Applicants for Special Immigrant Visas from Afghanistan

• Applicants for immigrant visas who are ethnic and religious minorities facing persecution in Iran

• Athletes, coaches, support staff, and their immediate families participating in major sporting events like the World Cup and the Olympics

• Individuals whose travel is deemed in national interest

These individuals should be able to bypass the visa restrictions.
