F-1 ကျောင်းသား ဗီဇာသမားတွေကို ပထမဆုံးနှစ်မှာ တက္ကသိုလ်/ မေဂျာ ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်မပြုတော့

အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုမှာ F-1 ကျောင်းသားဗီဇာနဲ့ ပညာသင်ကြားနေတဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ ကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် ဗီဇာစည်းမျဉ်း အသစ်တွေကို ထပ်မံထုတ်ပြန်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဓိက ပြောင်းလဲချက်ကတော့ ကျောင်းစဝင်တဲ့ ပထမဆုံး တစ်နှစ်အတွင်းမှာ ကိုယ် ယူထားတဲ့ သင်တန်း၊ ဘာသာရပ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် တက္ကသိုလ်ကို ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် မရှိတော့ပါဘူး။
အရင်ကဆိုရင် F-1 visa နဲ့ ဝင်လာတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ ပထမဆုံးပညာသင်နှစ်မှာ ကိုယ့်အတွက် မသင့်တော်ဘူး၊ ငွေကြေး အဆင် မပြေဘူး၊ စတဲ့အကြောင်းပြချက်တွေနဲ့ တခြားကျောင်း ဒါမှမဟုတ် တခြားမေဂျာ တွေကို အလွယ်တကူ ပြောင်းရွှေ့နိုင် ခဲ့ပါတယ်၊ ခုတော့ အဲလိုလုပ်လို့ မရတော့ပါဘူး၊ စည်းမျဉ်းသစ်အရ F-1 ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ ပထမဆုံး ဝင်ခွင့်ရတဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ် မှာ အနည်းဆုံး ပထမနှစ်တစ်နှစ်ကို အရင်ပြီးအောင် တက်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်၊ တစ်နှစ်တက်ပြီးမှသာ တခြားတက္ကသိုလ်ကို ပြောင်းနိုင်မှာပါ၊ ပထမနှစ်အတွင်း ဘာသာရပ် မေဂျာကိုလည်း လွယ်လွယ်နဲ့ ပြောင်းလို့ မရတော့ပါဘူး။

New visa regulations have been issued for international students studying in the U.S. on an F-1 student visa.
The main change is that students are no longer allowed to change their course, major, or university within their first year of study.
Previously, F-1 visa students could easily transfer to a different school or major during their first academic year due to reasons like a poor fit or financial difficulty. Now, with the new rules, F-1 students are required to complete at least their first year at the university they initially received admission to before they can transfer. They also cannot easily change their major within the first year.
