New Zealand now allows investors with permanent residency to buy homes

New Zealand has long offered an Investor Residence Visa to wealthy foreigners, but previously, holders of this visa were strictly prohibited from purchasing residential property. On September 1^st, the New Zealand government announced that it would now allow those holding this visa to buy homes.

The permission to purchase homes is limited to investors and is not extended to other visa categories. The New Zealand government is still partially restricting foreign ownership to help control the country's housing market.

နယူးဇီလန်ဟာ ချမ်းသာတဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားသားတွေအတွက် ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံသူ နေထိုင်ခွင့် ဗီဇာ investor residence visa ကို ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့တာ ကြာပါပြီ၊ အရင်ကဆိုရင် ဒီဗီဇာ ကိုင်ဆောင်သူတွေအနေနဲ့ နယူးဇီလန်မှာ အိမ်ရာ ဝယ်ယူခွင့် မရှိဘဲ တင်းကြပ်စွာ ကန့်သတ်ထားတာပါ။

စက်တင်ဘာ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှာ နယူးဇီလန်အစိုးရက ဒီဗီဇာနဲ့ နေထိုင်သူတွေကို အိမ်ရာ ဝယ်ယူခွင့်ပြုလိုက်ပြီလို့ ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေညာ ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အိမ်ရာ ဝယ်ယူခွင့်ကို ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံသူတွေကလွဲရင် တခြား ဗီဇာအမျိုးအစားတွေကိုတော့ ခွင့်မပြုသေးပါဘူး၊ နယူးဇီလန် အစိုးရ အနေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံရဲ့ အိမ်ခြံမြေ ဈေးကွက်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ဖို့ အတွက် တစိတ်တပိုင်း ကန့်သတ်ထားဆဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
