Newly revealed information regarding British Prince Harry's US residency

After moving to the US with his American wife at the end of 2020, British Prince Harry faced controversy over his US visa due to his admission of past drug use in his memoir, "Spare." As US immigration policy can reject visa applications from individuals with a history of drug use, questions have emerged about how Prince Harry obtained his visa.

According to new documents that have surfaced, Prince Harry holds what is known as a "golden ticket" visa, specifically an A-1 visa issued for heads of state. This visa allows for unlimited entry and stays without a time limit. The A-1 visa is granted to foreign diplomats, heads of state, and their family members, providing them with numerous special privileges, including diplomatic immunity. By holding an A-1 visa, Prince Harry was able to bypass such restrictions.
